Pick a product, choose daily, weekly or monthly, and set the quantity. Deliveries start the next day. Pause or cancel from My subscriptions whenever your plans change.

Shop owners see a list of their subscribers and what each one takes, and choose which products can be delivered on repeat.

Switch the Synckube app to shop mode, add what you sell, and start receiving orders. You decide what is in stock, when you are open and which orders you accept.

    Get verified once

    Upload your documents in the app. A person reviews them before you are shown any trips.

  2. 02

    Go on duty when you want

    Switch on duty to get offers near you, and off when you are done. Each offer shows the shop, how far away it is, the drop distance and what you will earn, before you accept.

    Deliver, paid by distance

    Each trip pays a fixed pickup amount plus a rate per kilometre. One tap per step keeps the customer updated, and every completed trip shows what it paid.

Do I need a password?

No. You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) sent by SMS. Never share that code with anyone, including someone who says they are from Synckube.

Can I shop and run a shop from the same account?

Yes. Customers and shop owners use the same Synckube app. Register your shop from the menu, then switch between customer mode and shop mode whenever you need to.

How do I pay?

For now, payment is collected when your order is delivered. The total is shown before you place the order, and every order has an invoice in the app.

Does Synckube deliver to my area?

Synckube delivers in the areas where shops and delivery partners are active. Share your location or enter your address, and the app shows the shops that can deliver to you.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, from the order screen, until the shop has packed it. If the shop cancels instead, you are notified and there is nothing to pay. Details are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

What do I need to become a delivery partner?

You need to be 18 or older, with a smartphone, a vehicle, and your Aadhaar, PAN, driving licence, vehicle RC and a bank account in your name. Apply in the Synckube Delivery app. See the Delivery Partner Terms.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile in the Synckube app and choose Delete account. The Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what the law requires us to keep.
