How do I start selling?
Install the Synckube app and sign in with your mobile number. Open the menu, choose Switch to vendor, and register your shop. Your shop is reviewed before it goes live.
Can I still shop from the same account?
Yes. One account works as a customer and as a shop. Switch between the two from the menu whenever you need to.
What if something is out of stock?
Reject the order, or switch the pack off so customers stop seeing it until it is back. Customers only ever see the packs you have switched on.
Who delivers the orders?
When you mark an order packed, delivery partners near your shop are offered the pickup. The order screen shows when one takes it, reaches your counter and leaves with it.
How do customers pay?
For now, payment is collected when the order is delivered. Every order keeps its items and total in your order history.
Can I close the shop for a few days?
Yes. Set weekly hours under Shop timings, or close the shop for a few days. Customers see that you are closed and when you open again.
