- 01Go on duty, get an offerSwitch on duty when you are free. Offers come from shops near you, each showing the distance to the shop, the drop, and what you will earn.
- 02Accept the tripThe first delivery partner to accept gets the trip. Head to the shop.
- 03Collect the orderMark that you have reached the shop, then pick up the packed order. The shop and the customer both see it.
- 04Deliver itMark it out for delivery, then delivered. The trip is added to your earnings.

A fixed amount for the pickup, plus an amount for each kilometre from the shop to the customer.

Can I choose when I work?
Yes. You receive offers only while you are on duty, and you can switch off whenever you want to stop.
Why does the app need my location?
To offer you the orders closest to you, and to show the customer where their delivery is. It is used while you are on duty.
How is a trip paid?
A fixed pickup amount plus a rate per kilometre, based on the distance from the shop to the delivery address. The amount is on the offer before you accept.
Can I pick which trips to take?
Yes. Each offer shows the shop, how far away it is, the drop distance and the earning. Accept the ones that suit you.
What happens after I submit my documents?
A reviewer checks them. The app shows your application as under review, and unlocks orders and earnings once you are approved.
Do I need to keep my documents up to date?
Yes. Keep your licence and vehicle papers current, and renew your licence before it expires. We may ask you to verify them again.
